Designing a seamless user experience for B2B checkouts
In this project, the design ideation process centred on enhancing the Billie Buyer Portal through collaborative efforts and qualitative user testing. The focus was on providing buyers with full control and transparency. This would allow them to easily manage their order payments and handle support requests. The design approach emphasised user-centred methodologies to ensure that the portal's functionality was seamlessly aligned with user needs.
